St. John’s Staff:

We take pride in providing the children with the best care possible at St. John’s CCDC. The following is required for each staff member:

· CPR and First Aid Certification

· Current Child Care

Food Handlers Permit

· TB Screening

· Background Check (annual)

· Personal Health Evaluation

· 40 hours of Early Childhood

Education (annual)

The staff at St. John’s Lutheran Community Child Development Center is a caring family that is devoted to Christ-centered care and development of the children at St. John’s.

Monthly staff devotions are enjoyed that keep us nurtured in the Christian faith, which in turn provides the loving environment for the classroom.

Faith & Love:

We understand that children are the future of our community and church. We cherish every minute we spend with them.

We strongly encourage our staff to further their education through early childhood State training, annual seminars, and faith-based training which is periodically held on site.
